    Hi Tony,
Fantastic website, I hope you and the group have a great time over in Africa. I’m sooo disappointed I couldn’t join you. Tiger Beach and Galapagos next year is a definite goer though.

  • Hey Tony,

Great website! I hope it will help you get the reach you need on internet to raise awareness about sharks and coral and generally diving.

    Take care.

This is a great website, with a wealth of resources and information. Thanks Tony for the excellent videos, really enjoying viewing them. Makes me want to get in the water again, despite the large numbers of sharks!

Perhaps they’re not as dangerous as my initial and traumatising viewing of “Jaws” would indicate! Hollywood has a lot to answer for.

And thanks also to Irene for doing such a professional job on the website.

    Looks great Irene and Tony!
It has been too long since I have been diving and am inspired to take up the chance to move from Cave Diving to the wondrous world of the tropical areas..As an ex South Aussie…not sure I will go seeking Great Whites for companions, as spent too long looking over the shoulder in years past… but always in for a challenge and folk certainly need to care for these and all the fabulous dwellers of the deep and not so deep…
Pro-active Education is still the way to take best care of our planet and its inhabitants, and this is an area Tony has always been leading the way – starting with the kids – as educators we need to get them passionate about caring what happens! Maybe they can teach more adults to care too…

Wow that video footage is amazing, especially when they disappear and then all come straight back at the camera!
Tony, the Daily is doing a story about sharks for tomorrows paper. A spearfisherman sent in a photo of him at the drum lines off Noosa with bull sharks hooked on every drum line. Three drum lines, three dead sharks. He’s against the drum lines – Brett

  • Maggie says:

What an awesome trip you guys are having, cant wait to see your photos Tony, hurry up and get them out there, please

  • Mike Lerner says:

The shark dives off of Beqa lagoon were by far the best I’ve ever done. As a lover of big marine life, I don’t see how it can get any better than having a swirling mass of 40+ bull sharks be that close, with no cages of any kind. To know that this is sustainable eco-tourism benefittiing not just the local communities but also the shark populations makes this truly a win for all involved. I will remember these dives forever, and I think the next time I go, sometime in the future, the shark populations will be in just as good shape if not better. Keep up the good work, and happy diving!
